Tacoma Link Alternatives - and then there were 3
What I have instead been working on is talking to Councilmembers about the resolution that they will be coming up with in the next month on their recommendation for a preferred alignment.
I've been hammering them on two main points:
- Regardless of which route is selected, tell Sound Transit to keep the door open for a second EIS and Engineering process for another "last-mile" extension if local funding can be found, and
- Moving forward on a transit master plan so that Tacoma can be better positioned in the future
