Some of PT&amp;#39;s services could be re-classified into &amp;quot;Lifeline&amp;quot; services that run a few times a day, or even a couple days a week, to enable otherwise home-bound individuals to conduct their business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I still don&amp;#39;t believe the cuts are going to be as severe as threatened.
